What is the difference between seasonal and perennial allergies? And how can you tell the difference?
Well, you can tell the difference between seasonal and perennial, depending on what time of year they occur.
Seasonal allergies typically are affected when there's a change in weather.
So for those of us in Alberta, that means we get snow mold, but also pollen from the tree and grass and flower growth.
Whereas perennial allergies are a year round type of allergy.
So things like dust mites, pet, dander, food and medication allergies. Those can trigger those perennial allergies.
